Nikola Minkov gave a series of lectures at the renowned University of Trieste
During Transform4Europe Week 2023 in Trieste, Italy, Nikola Minkov seized the opportunity to broaden his academic horizons. At the beginning of June, he had the privilege of delivering a series of engaging lectures at the renowned University of Trieste.
He was chosen among a group of nine entrepreneurs and academics representing various universities within the Transform4Europe Alliance. This selection is a significant personal achievement for both Nikola and our team at Serpact. It also reflects the successful business partnership model of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, where he is a Young Scientist (Researcher R1).

Lecture by Nikola Minkov at the University of Trieste
In the first week of June, the University of Trieste hosted Transform4Europe and welcomed Nikola Minkov as part of the programme.
In front of the students, Nikola told his story and presented the structure of Serpact and the projects he has been developing in the last seven years.
Nikola also shared some personal stories and lessons learned during his professional expression. He talked about his successes and his failures, including the bankruptcy he went through and the lessons he learned back then.
His experience in entrepreneurship over the years has taught him that business opportunities are where the problems are – the key is to identify them. This was the main focus of one of his lectures – identifying new opportunities and how to stand out in our chosen business niche.
